Cancellation Policy
We understand there are some unforeseen reasons you will need to cancel your order.
Below you will find our cancellation policy
- All cancellations must be in writing, so please email them to jenny.hatterssupplyhouse@outlook.com. We will not take a cancellation over the phone.
- We will not take any cancellations once production has started on your order. Unless otherwise discussed with our staff and noted.
