Returns Policy

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.  All returned items must be in
new condition.  All milled items, such as; crown blocks, brim flanges, band blocks, flange stands and wooden tools are made to order and are not returnable. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) as long as it is in still brand-new condition, UNUSED!! We do not reimburse for returned orders unless the wrong item was shipped and/or the item is defective in our sole discretion.

Any refunds given will be promptly processed.

Orders will be held for 30 days.  Then they will go into stock and be sold to the next customer.  If there was a deposit/payment put down and we are unable to get a hold of you within the 30 days, you will forfeit your deposit/payment.

Shipping

We ship all over the USA. However, we have can accommodate international shipping on a order by order basis.  Customers living outside the United States are encouraged to contact us for more details.
