You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned items must be in new condition. Custom milled items, such as; crown blocks, brim flanges are not returnable. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). We do not reimburse for returned orders unless the wrong item was shipped and/or the item is defective in our sole discretion.
Any refunds given will be promptly processed.

We ship primarily to the forty-eight contiguous states within the U.S. However, we have an accommodate international shipping on a order by order basis. Customers living outside the United States are encouraged to contact us for more details.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. We ship internationally with UPS and USPS or UPS domestic. Shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. **If you are not within the United States we recommend that you email us your order at email@example.com and we will call you with your total after we figure the international shipping cost. Or, we will have to contact you for the shipping difference**
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
