Ordering Within the USA & International Shipping

**Please keep in mind our products are handmade and it takes time.  We take pride in our products and do not rush the production, so they are good quality.  We do have a substantial waiting period and do not have stock**

We accept orders from all over the world. ALL ORDERS must be emailed to sales.hatterssupplyhouse@gmail.com.

We will not accept any phone orders.  

Please include the following information in your order:

  1. Name
  2. Shipping/Billing address 
  3. Phone Number
  4. Email
  5. How you want to make your payment. 
    • If you want to pay via PayPal, please provide your PayPal address.  If you prefer to pay via credit card, we will give you a call when your order is done and ready to be shipped!

**Please note that when providing your shipping address, if you have a large order, it will go UPS.  UPS does not deliver to a PO Box. Must be a street address.**  

**ALL ORDERS MUST HAVE A PHONE NUMBER**

**We will not put your order in the production queue until all the above information has been given to us**

 

**When Ordering/Shipping Internationally We ONLY Ship UPS!** And, orders must be submitted by email.  Website does not figure international shipping.

**Domestic Shipping, WE ONLY USE USPS or UPS depending on size of the order**

 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.  Please remember this is just an estimate.  It is not a guaranteed date.


Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. 

 

Order Deposit

Any order over $1000.00 we will be collecting a 50% deposit and the time of production.  We will contact you before we start production for your deposit.  If we do not hear from you after 48 hours, we will move on to the next order.

Orders will be held for 30 days.  Then they will go into stock and be sold to the next customer.  If there was a deposit/payment put down and we are unable to get a hold of you within the 30 days, you will forfeit your deposit/payment.

 

**If you are a first-time customer, Welcome!  When you place your order, we will be collecting a deposit for 50% of your total (before shipping fees)**
