The 8020 crown is not a symmetrical crown. There is a slope front to back on the top.
Precision milled and duplicated from actual vintage hat blocks.
Each block is milled from premium grade poplar wood and sized to industry standards.
Size, Width and Ovals:
Available Sizes: 6 5/8 to 8 1/4
Crown Heights: 5", 5-1/8", 5-1/4", 5-3/4" & 6"
Oval Types: Regular and Long Oval
Finishing Options
Blocks are available unfinished or with the choice of a moisture tolerant sealer & finish.
***All Crown styles, sizes 7-5/8 and up, might have an incremental addition to the height to maintain the correct profile***
